RAAF Oddity #51 - Lockheed 14s VH-ADT and AEW

I did not have time to prepare a comprehensive RAAF Oddity article for this issue but have run here a few photos that Mick Mirkovic sent me copies of many years ago. While not strictly RAAF (they were still operating under the control of the Civil Aviation Authorities at this time) they show several airframes from Guinea Airways at there base at Parafield (S.A) in early 1942.

They have been given wartime camouflage (note Guinea Airways insignia still carried) plus fin flashes which makes them warlike enough for me to include them here. Shown are Lockheed 14s VH-ADT and AEW with a bonus photo of Lockheed 12 VH-ABH.
