Notes on Sopwith Camel F.1 F6314

This example is believed to be from the batch of 200 examples built by Boulton & Paul with serial numbers F6301 to F6500. After considerable "travels" through various hands, and attempted modifications to both the structure and the range of engines fitted, the aircraft was eventually restored and then placed on display at the R.A.F. Museum on 02 April 2003.
